This brand-new hotel is ideal with amazingly kind and accommodating staff. The atmosphere of the property is elegant. The location is very central. The hotel is blocks from the beach, that's cool. Thank you for a really good stay.

The rooms are huge and perfectly clean and they have a microwave oven, a fridge, and coffee/tea making facilities. Had separate bedroom and fast check-out, real good experience overall. The location is particularly good and absolutely perfect, right next to city center. A 5-minute walk will take you to El Negro, where you can eat.

The bathrooms are dirty.

Recently renovated and quiet hotel, the services were excellent, marvellous location right next to the ADO bus stop. Our room was airy and big, offered with a separate bedroom and a coffee machine, for example. Location: the property was near center and 5th Avenue, the main shopping, and beach. Local fast food option El Negro was 5 minutes walk away.

Unbeatable location right next to bus station, in the great area. Easy walk to Coco Bongo. Got reasonably spacious room with good AC and nice natural lighting, for example. Paid usd 1127.

It was definitely not what we were expecting from a continental breakfast. the curtains in the room were not sufficient to block out the morning light, which made it difficult to sleep in.

Fairly clean hotel in a nice building just next door to restaurants including a 10 minute walk to the beach and center and 5th Avenue in Playa del Carmen and the beach right opposite the alterna ado bus station. Huge and impeccably clean room with very comfy beds. Fast check-in, fast check-out. No charge for wake up service and ironing too. My recent stay at a hotel in Playa was excellent. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the main strip with all the attractions, restaurants, and the beach. It was also just a 3-minute walk from three supermarkets, making it very convenient for any necessities. The room was nice and spacious, and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean everything was. The hotel was situated just opposite the bus station, making it easy to explore further afield. I would highly recommend this hotel to everybody.

Had huge room with private bathroom and climate control, a personal safe, and multi-channel television. The location in a nice area was favourable and there were local supermarkets and a supermarket nearby. Bars and cafés were next to the place.

the value for money was excellent. I found the prices to be very reasonable while still receiving great service and amenities. The attention to detail was impressive, with clean and modern furniture in the rooms. I loved having a full kitchen and separate bedroom, which made the stay feel more like a home away from home. Additionally, the location was perfect, just a short walk from the bus station and close to all the main areas of the city. Lastly, the breakfast included in the room rate was a great bonus, with a variety of options available to start off the day.
